We designed our signature class to be simple, hands-on, and perfect for absolute beginners.

1. Welcome & Introduction (5 mins)

  • Short introduction to sushi culture

2. Preparing Sushi Rice (10 mins)

  • Understanding rice texture and seasoning

  • Instructor demonstration

  • Hands-on mixing and cooling techniques

3. Rolling Maki Sushi (35 mins)

  • How to set up your rolling mat

  • How to place and balance ingredients

  • Step-by-step rolling technique

  • Make 2–3 sushi rolls with salmon, cucumber, and more

4. Cutting & Presentation (10 mins)

  • How to cut rolls cleanly

  • Presentation tips used in Japanese kitchens

  • Plate your sushi beautifully

5. Eat, Enjoy & Ask Questions (15–20 mins)

  • Relax and taste your creations

  • Photo time for your memories

  • Q&A with your instructor
